There are many ways to install Industrial Fans. Depending on the installation environment, you can choose the appropriate method. The following are five common installation methods:

1. Brick-concrete structure installation method: Similar to the I-beam installation method, the fan is also fixed to the concrete structure with screws. The difference is that expansion screws are used, which is relatively difficult to install, and holes need to be punched in the concrete structure to fix the expansion screws.
2. I-beam installation method: Use screws to connect the card plate and the fan to the I-beam. Suitable for scenes such as steel structure roofs, the installation process is simple, and the installation can be completed by fixing the screws.
3. Exhibition hall steel cage beam installation method: Suitable for large exhibition halls and other places, the cage beam is clamped up and down for installation. According to the height of the cage beam, screws of different lengths are selected for fixing, and the installation is relatively simple.
4. Brick-concrete single wall installation method: Similar to the brick-concrete structure installation method, expansion screws are used for fixing. The difference is that single-sided punching installation is used, the structure connecting the wall is relatively large, and the installation difficulty is moderate.
5. Circular tube structure beam installation method: suitable for single tube structure, similar to the steel cage beam installation method, it is installed by tightening up and down. The size and size of the clamp should be smaller than the steel cage beam, suitable for scenes such as breeding farm greenhouses, and the installation is relatively simple.
There are five installation methods for Industrial Fans, suitable for different scenes. When choosing an installation method, you need to consider your own environment, check the operating status of the fan regularly, and deal with problems in time.
