Try not to install on C-shaped steel, because Industrial Fans will resonate when rotating, and there are certain risks in long-term operation. So, if some customers really do not have the conditions to install on the main beam, can we only give up?

According to our experiments in the factory, the Industrial Fans is connected to multiple C-shaped steel beams through a rectangular tube, and then the Industrial Fans is installed on the additional square tube. The actual effect shows that it has good load-bearing capacity and stability. This seems to indicate that the installation is feasible, but several key points need to be noted:
1. Whether the specifications of the C-shaped steel meet the requirements: including thickness, span, steel grade, etc.
2. The fixing method of the wire rope: whether it is stable enough and meets safety standards.
3. Calculation of dynamic and static loads: ensure that the C-shaped steel can withstand the dynamic load when the fan is running.
4. Structural stability and resonance issues: avoid fatigue or damage caused by structural vibration caused by fan operation.
5. Actual conditions on site: such as whether there is corrosion, whether the existing structure is damaged, etc.
